Free electric blanket testing
Residents who use an electric blanket are encouraged to take advantage of free safety testing sessions to make sure their blanket is safe to use this winter.
The sessions are being provided by the County Council’s Trading Standards team and Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service at locations across the county from next month.
Appointments can be booked through the County Council’s website, by calling 01865 895999 (option 3) or by emailing duty.officer@oxfordshire.gov.uk.
